DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITY
The investment in the "TOURIST ACCOMODATION FACILITY IN OREŠJE", carried out by Petr Pribac - the holder of complementary activities on the farm, includes the construction of a tourist accommodation facility, the external arrangement of the facility and the purchase of the facility's interior equipment. The arrangement of the new building will offer the possibility of accommodation on the farm and will expand our offer in the way of attracting new visitors to the farm, who, in addition to using the accommodation services, will also buy other products of the farm, such as olive oil, fruit and wine. Tourism on the farm as a complementary activity, with its potential and especially its location, has a very good basis for expanding the farm's activities. We believe that tourism is an underutilized market opportunity, but we want to leverage it with this project, and above all to strengthen the presence on the local market and increase the competitiveness of the farm in the tourism sector.
GOALS AND EXPECTED RESULTS
The goal of the investment is to expand the activities and offer of the farm and to follow existing trends in the field of green and sustainable tourism. As a result, we want to strengthen the farm's economic stability and improve its competitiveness. The result of the investment is a new building - a tourist facility with an offer of accommodation capacities and a well-kept environment for guests to relax.
